As a licensed real estate professional who grew up on 30A, Dalton brings extensive knowledge of the area, its communities, and the unique lifestyle that makes it such a sought-after destination. Known for dedication, integrity, and a lifelong passion for the industry, he approaches every client relationship with a commitment to excellence. Following in his father’s footsteps, Dalton has been surrounded by real estate from a young age and developed a deep understanding of the business long before earning a license.

Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University, where he focused on business communication—skills that now help him effectively market properties, communicate with clients, and negotiate successful transactions. Recognized for his charisma, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Dalton takes pride in helping clients achieve their real estate goals while building genuine, lasting relationships based on trust and results.

In addition to his work in residential real estate, Dalton also co-founded The Beach Group Property Management, a local commercial property management company serving the local South Walton area.
